Use the Cartridge Isolate Calculator to efficiently determine the amount of THC and CBN in your cartridges for a batch.

Enable Balancing

Enter the number of cartridges you have in the "Number of Cartridges" field.
Specify the capacity of each cartridge in grams using the "Capacity per Cartridge" field.
Enter the CBN percentage in the "CBN Percentage" field.
Enter the THC percentage in the "THC Percentage" field.
Check the "Enable Balancing" checkbox if you want to adjust the CBN and THC percentages to reach a total of 100%.
If balancing is enabled, select the desired balancing method from the "Balancing Method" dropdown.
Click the "Calculate" button to generate the results.

Follow these steps to understand the formulas used in the calculations:

Calculate Total Weight

The total weight is calculated by multiplying the number of cartridges by the capacity per cartridge:

Total Weight = Number of Cartridges × Capacity per Cartridge

Calculate THC Weight

The THC weight is calculated using the total weight and the THC percentage:


                                                 $THC Weight = Total Weight \times \frac{THC Percentage}{100}$

Calculate THCa Weight

The THCa weight is calculated by dividing the THC weight by the conversion factor from THC to THCa:


                                                 $THCa Weight = THC Weight \div \frac{314.47}{358.48}$

Calculate CO2 Loss

The CO2 loss is calculated by subtracting the THC weight from the THCa weight:


                                                 $CO2 Loss = THCa Weight - THC Weight$

Calculate CBN Weight

The CBN weight is calculated using the total weight and the CBN percentage:


                                                 $CBN Weight = Total Weight \times \frac{CBN Percentage}{100}$
